1 on 1 Clients
Coach Huntington accepts 1-on-1 clients on a limited basis. Each client’s needs are assessed and the client is progressed according to those needs.
A 1-on-1 client can expect to work with Coach Huntington weekly for 10 weeks, and then a reassessment is done to determine next steps. Like physical training, mental training only happens through consistent practice. A 10-week commitment will ensure the progress needed to make improvements in a client’s mental fitness.
